Step 1) Download the logo of PUO and save at dekstop.

Step 2) Open AdobePhotoshop application.

Step 3) Create a new layer.

Step 4) Insert the logo of PUO and background picture.

Step 5)Transform the size the logo.

Step 6)Insert the rectangle shape.

Step 7)Rearrange the rectangle shape.

Step 8)Save as Lab 4.
